Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for Front Desk Concierge (Full-Time) with hospitality background preferred. 

Qualify candidates must have:

  • Customer Service Skills – deliver exceptional customer services, given a good first impression to residents and visitors.
  • Empathy - the ability to treat others how you would like to be treated.
  • Organization – able to meet deadlines and follow-up in a timely manner while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Communication – clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and in writing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors and vendors.
  • Answer phone calls in a clear and professional manner. Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner.
  • Must be friendly, engaging, helpful, service oriented, reliable and able to work well independently.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor the building for safety and security.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This job reports to the Operations Manager

This is a Full-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.
