Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for Front Desk Concierge (Full-Time) with hospitality background preferred.
Qualify candidates must have:
- Customer Service Skills – deliver exceptional customer services, given a good first impression to residents and visitors.
- Empathy - the ability to treat others how you would like to be treated.
- Organization – able to meet deadlines and follow-up in a timely manner while juggling multiple tasks.
- Communication – clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors and vendors.
- Answer phone calls in a clear and professional manner. Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner.
- Must be friendly, engaging, helpful, service oriented, reliable and able to work well independently.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor the building for safety and security.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Good computer skills required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
