NOW HIRING: SECOND SHIFT DISPATCHER LEAD

Pay: $20–$22 per hour | Immediate Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and solutions-driven professional to join our team as a Second Shift Dispatcher Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong communication and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

SCHEDULE

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday or SundayHours: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AMCompensation: $20–$22 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate with security officers and maintain positive working relationships.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to last-minute call-outs.
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support management and help maintain smooth daily operations.
