Job Description

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an Account Manager to join our expanding team! Are you a current manager looking to change careers? Are you a current security manager interested in working for an outstanding family owned company?

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage all operational activities involved with providing security services to a large client in Omaha, NE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle client issues and concerns.
  • Handle employee issues and concerns effectively.
  • Assist with processing payroll and scheduling of Security Officers.
  • Assist with screening, interviewing, and hiring officers, when needed.
  • On-call/available 24 hours per day for contact in case of emergency.
  • Assist with training and development of employees.
  • Supervise assigned staff and provide direction.
  • Oversee maintenance/upkeep of equipment and vehicles.
  • Perform post inspections.
  • Ensure employees adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • All other reasonable duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
  • Computer literacy
