The Midwest’s largest family-owned security company is looking for a detail-oriented, versatile and personable individual to be our Corporate Services Specialist. 

About this Role

The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties related to corporate fleet maintenance, inventory, facility management and other aspects of corporate support to our branch offices.  This position maintains positive relationships with employees, vendors, and other clients to ensure all issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the order, trade, sell, and maintenance of all company owned vehicles.
  • Access reports and data from fleet management program.
  • Conduct audits of timesheets with fleet usage to maximize efficiency where possible.
  • Assist with auditing recurring bills and ensuring accuracy and cost effectiveness of program.
  • Work on branch inventory transfer requests.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts at branch locations.
  • Provide insight and support to branch facilities on vendor agreements. 
  • Support landscaping, plumbing and general maintenance needs for Per Mar Centre.
  • Assist with Per Mar Centre facility events. 
  • Must be able to travel to branch offices as needed
  • As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
  • Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations.

 Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including being proficient in pivot tables, v-lookup, and formulas
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Prior purchasing and inventory experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with fleet management preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills, be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. 
  • Valid license/good driving record
